Hema-Plex Liquid combines iron with other essential nutrients in a flavoured liquid, which suits anyone who prefers a spoon to a tablet. The iron is supplied as Ferrochel, a branded Albion Minerals chelate, and the berry taste comes from other natural flavours.

Label details

The manufacturer labels the product vegetarian and gluten free, and states each serving contains 18 mg of iron. Ingredients include glycerin, xylitol and stevia leaf extract, with potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate as preservatives. The manufacturer states it is free from milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame.

How to use

Adults take 2 teaspoons daily, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Shake well before using and refrigerate after opening. Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
