Joint Movement Glucosamine Nature's Way Joint Movement Glucosamine, Berry, 480 ml (16 fl oz)

A sugar-free liquid format

This is a berry-flavoured liquid rather than a tablet or capsule, sweetened with erythritol and stevia leaf extract. The label describes it as sugar free, shellfish free, ultra strength and certified gluten free. A dosage cup is supplied on top of the bottle.

What a serving contains

Each 1 fl oz (30 ml) serving contains 2,000 mg glucosamine, 1,200 mg chondroitin, 500 mg MSM and 10 mg hyaluronic acid, with added vitamin D3. At that serving the 480 ml bottle provides 16 servings.

How to use

Shake well before each use. Adults take 2 tablespoons (1 fl oz) daily, either directly or mixed into water or juice. Wash the dosage cup after each use.
