Pack size and suggested amount

The suggested amount is 1 to 2 tablets twice daily, so the 150-tablet bottle lasts from about 37 to 75 days. The formula contains no wheat, soy, dairy or gelatin.

How to use

Adults take 1-2 tablets twice daily with water and food.

Before you choose

Do not take if you are pregnant or nursing. If you have a seizure disorder or bleeding disorder, or take blood thinners or other medications, consult a healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use one week before surgery. Keep tightly closed at room temperature away from heat and direct sunlight, and do not use if the seal is broken or missing.
