Chaga gathered from Siberian birch

Mushroom Wisdom states that its chaga is gathered only from Siberian birch trees and processed as a hot water extract of the chaga sclerotium. Each four-tablet serving lists 900 mg of the extract with 80 mg of vitamin C as ascorbic acid. The tablets are suitable for vegetarians and made in a certified cGMP facility, according to the manufacturer.

Take it in one go or split the day

You can take all four tablets at once or two tablets twice a day, whichever suits your routine. The 120-tablet bottle provides 30 servings and is small, at about 9.7 x 5.2 x 5.2 cm.

What else is in the tablets

The remaining ingredients are tableting aids such as microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate and magnesium stearate, with a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose coating. The label states there is no gluten, wheat, soy, dairy, or artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
