Select Creatine MusclePharm Select Creatine, Unflavoured, 300 g (10.6 oz)

Plain creatine monohydrate with testing credentials

Select Creatine uses 5 g of creatine monohydrate per serving. The label carries the Informed Sport mark, and the brand says the product is tested for banned substances. It is also described as gluten free and made in a cGMP registered facility.

Unflavoured and easy to mix

The powder has no taste or odour, so it can be stirred into water or a drink you already use around training. The tub gives 60 servings, which the brand describes as a 60-day supply at one serving a day.

How to use

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 240 ml (8 fl oz) of cold water or another drink, before or after training. It can be used as part of a healthy diet and exercise programme.
