Combat 100% Whey Protein Powder MusclePharm Combat 100% Whey Protein Powder, Vanilla Ice Cream, 2.24 kg (5 lb)

Shaker-friendly and sold by weight

The directions call for one scoop in 8-12 fl oz of cold water, shaken well, with the amount of water adjusted to taste. The powder is packed by weight rather than volume and settles after filling, so scoop sizes and fill levels can vary from one container to the next.

How to use

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 8-12 fl oz of cold water, adjusting to taste, and shake well. Have additional servings through the day to meet your daily protein requirements, alongside whole-food protein sources, a balanced diet and an exercise programme.
