Men's One Daily is a foundational multivitamin made with 21 nutrients plus real food. The label lists vitamin C and zinc, B vitamins and vitamin D among its nutrients, and the formula uses a ferment media base of organic brown rice, rice protein and yeast. MegaFood has been in business since 1973.

How to use

Adults take 1 tablet daily with a beverage. It may be taken at any time of day, even on an empty stomach. Once opened, consume within three months.
