LecithinLife Extension Lecithin, 454 g (16 oz)

Soy lecithin you can add to food

This lecithin is extracted from soy and described by the brand as non-GMO and vegan. The label cites 97% phosphatides, a group that includes phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylinositol.

Formulation notes

It is de-oiled and gluten-free, with tricalcium phosphate as the only other ingredient listed. Because it comes from soy, the label states that it contains soybeans. Density may vary from lot to lot, so a heaping tablespoon can differ in weight between containers.

How to use

Take one heaping tablespoon daily, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. It can be sprinkled on cereal or mixed into juices, soups or salad dressings. Read the entire label and follow the directions carefully.
