What the softgel is made from

The ubiquinol is carried in medium chain triglycerides from modified coconut oil, inside a bovine gelatin softgel. Sunflower lecithin, beeswax, rosemary extract, mixed tocopherols and ascorbyl palmitate are also used. The manufacturer says particles forming inside the softgel are normal and dissolve after ingestion.

How to use

Adults take 1 softgel 1 to 3 times a day with a meal, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.

The softgel shell contains bovine gelatin and the formula contains beeswax, so it is not suitable for vegans. The label advises consulting a healthcare professional before use if you are under 18, and stopping use if adverse reactions occur.
