Isopure Low Carb is made from 100% whey protein isolate, in a Dutch Chocolate flavour that the label describes as artificially flavoured. The label lists 25 g of protein, 1 g of carbohydrate and 0 g of sugar per serving. It also lists 5.5 g of naturally occurring BCAAs and 4 g of glutamine/glutamic acid.

Vitamins and minerals in the mix

The powder also includes a blend of 20 vitamins and minerals and is labelled as a source of electrolytes. The manufacturer states that the whey is rBST free. It contains milk and soy, so it is not for anyone avoiding either.

Mixing and storage
