The base is whey protein isolate with cocoa (processed with alkali), sweetened with sucralose and flavoured with natural and artificial flavour. A vitamin and mineral blend is added, including vitamin A, vitamin C, niacinamide, folic acid and zinc, among others.

Mixing and timing

Mix about 1 scoop (33 g) with 6-8 fl oz of water in a shaker or blender for a thick shake, or stir it in with a spoon. The brand suggests using it first thing in the morning, before or after exercise, or at any time of day. The tub is sold by weight, so some settling will occur.
