Keep hold of the bar on heavy pulls

These straps loop around a bar or handle so your grip is less likely to give out before the target muscles do. They are suited to deadlifts, rows, shrugs and similar pulling movements. The webbing works with barbells, dumbbells and cable attachments.

Padding where the strap meets the wrist

Each wrist section is lined with neoprene padding to make the strap more comfortable under load. The 18 inch cotton webbing is long enough to wrap the bar more than once, and the stitching is reinforced for regular gym sessions.

What comes in the pack

You receive one pair, so two straps, in black with black padding. The straps are cotton and the wrist padding is neoprene.

How to use

Thread the end of the strap through the loop to make a wrist loop, then slip it over your hand and tighten. Wind the free end around the bar before lifting, and unwrap it when you finish.
