Rather than a tablet or capsule, this Garden of Life product delivers vitamin D3 as a mist you spray into the mouth. The D3 is Vitashine, a vegan cholecalciferol made from lichen rather than lanolin, with organic pumpkin seed oil and organic cranberry seed oil in the blend.

How to use

Shake well. Take one spray daily, or mix it into a favourite drink. Not intended for children. Refrigerate after opening, use within 90 days and clean the cap after each use.
