Dr. Formulated Whole Food Magnesium is a powder that fizzes when stirred into water, giving a flavoured magnesium drink instead of a tablet. It features organic brown rice protein magnesium chelate with an ionic magnesium fizz blend and live probiotics, and is sweetened with organic stevia leaf extract.
Label details
The product is formulated with David Perlmutter, M.D. The manufacturer states it is Non-GMO Project Verified, NSF Certified Gluten-Free and kosher, and that Garden of Life is a Certified B Corporation. It is made without dairy or soy ingredients but in a facility that also processes egg, milk, soy, wheat, tree nuts and sesame. The tub is packaged by weight and some settling may occur.
How to use
Add 1 teaspoon of powder to about 240 ml (8 fl oz) of room-temperature water. Let it fizz, stir well and drink. Store in a cool, dry place.
