Dr. Formulated Whole Food Magnesium is a powder that fizzes when stirred into water, formulated by David Perlmutter, M.D. It combines an ionic magnesium fizz blend with organic brown rice protein magnesium chelate, and the manufacturer says it also features probiotics. The orange creme flavour comes from organic flavours and organic stevia leaf extract.

How to use

Add 1 teaspoon of powder to 8 ounces of room-temperature water. Let it fizz, stir well and drink.
