Charcoal Dental Floss Refills EcoYou Charcoal Dental Floss Refills, Mint Spools, Pack of 2

Woven bamboo floss with activated charcoal

This floss is made from woven bamboo fibres combined with activated charcoal, giving a strong thread that holds up well while cleaning between teeth. It is fluoride-free and vegan, according to the manufacturer, and has a fresh peppermint-style taste.

Refills for a floss container you already own

The spools are designed to drop into a reusable dispenser, and the manufacturer states they fit similar bamboo charcoal and silk floss containers. When a spool runs out, you simply swap it for the second one.

Low-plastic packaging

EcoYou packs the refills in recycled kraft paper boxes, with the spools themselves in compostable paper bags. The manufacturer also states the floss is FSC certified and PCF free, with labels printed using soy-based inks. The package is small at about 5 x 3.2 x 2.2 cm.

How to use

Unwind the length of floss you need, wrap it around your middle fingers and clean between the teeth with a gentle up-and-down motion. To change spools, take the used one out of the container and insert a new one.
