Product details

A refillable floss set with less waste

This set pairs a reusable container made from bamboo with two floss spools, so you can keep the container and simply swap in a new spool when one runs out. The spools are packed in compostable paper bags inside a recycled kraft paper box, and the labels are printed with soy-based inks.

Woven bamboo fibre with charcoal

The floss is woven from bamboo fibre with activated charcoal and waxed with plant-based candelilla wax. It has a refreshing peppermint flavour from natural organic mint, giving a fresh feel as you floss.

Two spools that fit other containers

Each spool holds 33 yards (30 m), 66 yards in total. The refills are designed to fit similar-sized bamboo and silk floss containers too, so they can replace a nylon floss you already use. EcoYou states the box is FSC certified.

How to use

Place a spool in the bamboo container and pull out a length of floss, winding it around your fingers. Guide it gently between two teeth and curve it against each tooth. Swap in a new spool when empty.

Before you choose

The floss is described as compostable and is an alternative to nylon floss. Check that the spools suit your container if you plan to use them in one you already own. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
