Milk ThistleEclectic Herb Milk Thistle, 240 Veg Caps (600 mg per Cap)

Whole-herb milk thistle, freeze dried

Eclectic Herb uses US-grown milk thistle seeds and freeze-dries them fresh in-house in small batches. The brand says the process concentrates the plant by removing only the water. Each capsule holds 600 mg of the whole herb.

No fillers, plain capsule

The only other ingredient is the hypromellose vegetable capsule, with no fillers or additives. It is labelled vegan, non-GMO, gluten free and kosher. A pack of 240 capsules lasts 20 days at the maximum directed amount of 12 a day.
