Eclectic Herb freeze-dries locally grown celery in-house in small batches, then supplies it as a whole-herb powder. Removing only the water leaves the plant material concentrated, and the label states that it is concentrated 13 1/2 times through freeze-drying. One serving on the label equals 1/3 cup of fresh celery.

Easy to stir in

The powder can be added to water, drinks or food, so it works in smoothies, dips and everyday cooking. It is USDA Organic, certified by Oregon Tilth, and labelled vegan, raw, gluten free and non-GMO. The pack holds 90 g (3.2 oz).
