Mixing and pack size

The powder mixes easily with water, milk or another drink, using the scoop included in the pack. This tub holds 2.3 kg (5 lb). The Gourmet Chocolate flavour is built on cocoa powder processed with alkali, with sucralose and stevia as sweeteners.

How to use

Add one scoop (included) to 5 to 6 fl oz (150 to 180 ml) of water, milk or another beverage and mix thoroughly. It can be taken before or within 30 minutes after a workout, or at any time you want a high-protein drink.
