The chocolate flavour comes from cocoa powder with natural and artificial flavours, sweetened with sucralose and steviol glycosides. Dymatize states the product is gluten free and carries the Informed Choice mark, a programme that tests supplements for banned substances.

How to use

Add one scoop (included) to 5-6 fl oz (150-180 ml) of water, milk or your favourite drink and mix thoroughly. The label suggests having it before workouts, within 30 minutes after workouts, or whenever you want a high-protein drink.
