ISO100 Hydrolyzed is built from hydrolysed whey protein isolate and whey protein isolate. The label shows 25 g of protein, 5.5 g of BCAAs and 2.6 g of leucine per serving, with 11.9 g of essential amino acids and 4.4 g of glutamine in the typical amino acid profile.

Flavour, testing and label notes

Gourmet Vanilla is naturally and artificially flavoured, and the powder is gluten free. The label carries the Informed Choice mark, which indicates the product is tested for banned substances.

Size and scoop

The tub holds 610 g of powder with a scoop included. It is designed to mix easily into water, milk or another drink.

How to use

Add one scoop (included) to 5-6 fl oz (150-180 ml) of water, milk or another drink and mix thoroughly. Have it before workouts, within 30 minutes after workouts or at any time you want a protein drink.
