Downy Wrinkle Releaser works by relaxing the fibres in fabric so that creases drop out as the garment hangs. You mist it on, smooth the cloth with your hands and give it a few seconds to dry, which suits a shirt or dress that has been folded in a case. The Light Fresh version is made to neutralise odours and leave an airy, understated scent rather than a heavy perfume. That makes it handy for freshening a jacket or top between washes as well as smoothing it.

How to use

Shake the bottle well. Hang the item you want to smooth, then spray it evenly from about 15-20 cm (6-8 inches) away. Smooth the fabric gently with your hands and leave it for a few seconds to dry.
