A 7-in-1 formula

The formula is described as seven-in-one: it adds softness and freshness while working against wrinkles, static, fuzz, fading and stretching. It is stated to be compatible with top-loading and front-loading HE machines.

Size and dosing

The 1.3 L bottle provides softness and freshness for 60 washes when used as directed.

How to use

After adding your usual laundry detergent, pour Downy Liquid Fabric Softener into the fabric softener dispenser drawer, or directly into the drum, and start the washing machine on your preferred cycle.

Before you choose

Safety information from the manufacturer: liquid fabric softener can increase the flammability of fabric, and using more than the recommended amount can increase this effect. Do not use it on children's sleepwear or clothing labelled as flame resistant, as it can reduce flame resistance, and do not use it on soft pile fabrics such as fleece, velvet or chenille. Check the bottle label for the full ingredient list.
