This capsule uses Na-RALA, a form of R-alpha-lipoic acid that the manufacturer says has optimised stability and enhanced bioavailability. Each capsule contains 100 mg and is combined with D-biotin.

Plant-based and free from common allergens

The label describes the supplement as non-GMO, gluten free, soy free and vegan, in a vegetarian hypromellose capsule. A bottle of 60 veggie caps lasts 60 days at the suggested one capsule a day.

How to use

Adults take 1 capsule daily, preferably on an empty stomach, or as recommended by a nutritionally informed physician.
