Desert Essence blends comforting arnica and myrrh with other oils and extracts, including bamboo and witch hazel, for an all-round teeth and gum-care paste. Australian tea tree oil is included to help defend against sugar acids, according to the manufacturer.

Gentle cleaning and a wintergreen finish

Baking soda and sea salt clean teeth gently, while zinc citrate is included to help reduce plaque build-up. Wintergreen leaf oil gives a fresh, distinctive flavour that sets it apart from standard mint pastes. Stevia provides sweetness, and vitamin C appears as calcium ascorbate.
