What one capsule contains

Codeage lists 900 mcg of vitamin A as retinyl palmitate, 125 mcg (5,000 IU) of vitamin D3, 1,000 mcg of vitamin K1, and vitamin K2 in two forms: 1,500 mcg of MK4 and 300 mcg of MK7.

Several forms of vitamin K

Rather than relying on a single form, the formula brings together vitamin K1 and the K2 forms menaquinone 4 and menaquinone 7, alongside vitamins A and D3, in one easy-to-take capsule.
