SeleniumCarlson Selenium 200 mcg, 180 Capsules

A single-mineral capsule

Each capsule contains 200 mcg of selenium organically bound with L-methionine, an essential amino acid. It is a straightforward single-nutrient product for adults, taken once a day with a meal.

What the label says

The label describes it as yeast free and gluten free, with no artificial preservatives, and made in an FDA-regulated facility. It contains bovine-derived ingredients, because the capsule is beef gelatin.

Other ingredients and pack

The other ingredients are cellulose, a beef gelatin capsule, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. The bottle holds 180 capsules, which is around six months at one a day.

How to use

Adults take one capsule daily at mealtime.
