Caffeine Energy ChewsCaffeine Bullet 100mg Caffeine Energy Chews Mint 16 Count

Caffeine in a soft, chewable form

Caffeine Bullet chews are designed to be chewed rather than swallowed whole, offering an alternative to caffeine gels, drinks or tablets. Each chew is portioned at 100 mg of caffeine, which makes it straightforward to keep track of how much you have had. Runners, cyclists, swimmers and triathletes are among those the brand has in mind.

Spearmint flavour, few calories

The chews are flavoured with spearmint oil and contain under 35 kcal each, according to the manufacturer. The recipe includes glucose syrup and sugar, along with electrolytes in the form of sodium chloride, potassium sulphate, calcium hydrogen phosphate and magnesium oxide.

What comes in the pack

You get 16 chews in four packets of four, so a single packet can go in a pocket, saddle bag or kit bag. The chews are made in the UK.

How to use

The manufacturer suggests one or two chews just before exercise or during longer sessions.

Before you choose

Each packet of four contains 400 mg of caffeine in total. Not suitable for children. Do not take with other caffeinated products. Do not use if pregnant or if you have a medical condition. The recommended daily caffeine limit for adults is 400 mg, so count any caffeine from coffee, tea or energy drinks too. Contains egg.
