Flavour and ingredients

How to use

Take 1 single-serve packet (13.5 ml) daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Best taken on an empty stomach. Tear at the notched end and drink straight, or mix with cold water, juice or yogurt. Do not machine blend. Consume the packet straight after opening.
