Nattokinase is an enzyme, and Nattovena presents it on its own rather than in a blend. The capsules are cellulose based, so they suit vegetarians.

Strength and suggested servings

Each capsule carries 4,000 fibrinolytic units (FU) of enzyme activity. The label offers two serving levels: 2 capsules per day for maintenance, or 4 capsules per day for increased support. The 90-capsule bottle gives roughly 22 to 45 days at those levels. The brand describes the capsules as certified vegan by the American Vegetarian Association, Star-K kosher and non-GMO tested, and states the product tests free of dairy, gluten and soy with no artificial colours or preservatives.

How to use

Take with 8 oz of water on an empty stomach, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner: 2 capsules per day for maintenance, or 4 capsules per day for increased support. Store in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly closed.
