Ester-C is a vitamin C formula that contains naturally occurring vitamin C metabolites. American Health says its water-based manufacturing process neutralises pH, so the formula is non-acidic and described as gentle on the stomach.

Format, directions and pack size

Each tablet contains 500 mg, so the suggested two tablets give 1,000 mg a day, and one bottle lasts about 112 days. The tablet is vegetable cellulose with calcium silicate, vegetable magnesium stearate and a natural palm leaf glaze, and the product is described as vegetarian, non-GMO and suitable for vegans.

How to use

For adults, take two vegetarian tablets once daily, preferably with a meal.
