Three oils in one softgel

Triple Omega Complex combines fish, flax and borage oils, which the brand describes as sources of polyunsaturated fatty acids covering omega-3, 6 and 9.

Enteric coating and pack details

The softgels carry an enteric coating, which the brand says is intended to avoid reflux, aftertaste and an upset stomach. The coating uses sodium alginate, stearic acid, ethylcellulose, medium chain triglycerides, ammonium hydroxide, oleic acid and vanillin. The label states no added sugar, salt, yeast, preservatives or artificial flavours or colours, and describes the product as gluten-free and non-GMO. A bottle of 180 softgels lasts 60 days at three a day.
