The Mighty Mini is a compact, easy-to-swallow softgel taken once a day with food. The brand lists nutrients including vitamin A, DHA, zinc, vitamin B12, iron, vitamin D3, vitamin K2, folate and iodine, alongside vitamins C and E.

Daily dosing and freshness stick

With one softgel a day, a 90-softgel bottle lasts about three months. The bottle contains a mint-scented green stick to keep the contents fresh, which is not to be eaten.

Labelling

Zahler labels it gluten free, dairy free, non-GMO and Kosher Pareve, and states it is made in a GMP facility in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. The shell uses kosher gelatin, and the product contains soy (highly refined).

How to use

Take 1 softgel daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Before you choose

Do not eat the mint-scented green stick in the bottle. Contains iron: accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6, so call a doctor or poison control centre immediately in the event of an accidental overdose. Because it contains vitamin K2, the label advises stopping use 2 weeks before surgery. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions. Food supplement.
