How to use

Adults take 2 tablets daily with a beverage. They may be taken at any time of day, even on an empty stomach. As with any dietary supplement, consult your healthcare provider before use.

Biotin may interfere with lab tests, so if you are taking medication or planning lab testing, consult your doctor before use. The label warns that accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6; in case of accidental overdose, seek medical help or call a poison control centre immediately. Store tightly sealed in a cool place away from moisture, and consume within three months of opening. Tablet colour may naturally change over time.
