Ashwagandha Youtheory Ashwagandha, 60 Vegetarian Capsules

Ashwagandha as a branded extract

Ashwagandha, also known as Indian ginseng, is a botanical ingredient used here as the branded KSM-66 extract. The formula is a simple capsule, with hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

A flexible serving and the pack

The label suggests two capsules a day, and the brand says you can start with one capsule and add another as needed. At two a day, a 60-capsule bottle lasts 30 days. The brand lists the product as Non-GMO Project Verified, and it is manufactured in a facility that also processes fish extracts.

How to use

Adults take two capsules per day with water. The brand says you can start with one capsule a day and add a second as needed, up to the recommended two.
