7G BCAA Powder XTEND 7G BCAA Powder, Glacial Grape, 1.17 kg (2.58 lb)

When people use it and what the label states

The label suggests taking it before, during or after a workout, and on rest days too. The manufacturer states the contents are NSF certified and that the formula is Informed-Choice tested. The powder is sold by weight, so some settling in the tub is normal.

How to use

Mix 1 serving in 10-14 fl oz (about 300-420 ml) of water, adjusting to taste, and shake well. On training days, take 1 serving during exercise and 1 after exercise. On non-training days, take 2 servings through the day. The label gives 2 servings per day as the usual guide.

Before you choose

Intended for healthy adults aged 18 or over. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery. Use only as directed. Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing. Sold by weight, not volume: the powder may settle in transit, but the tub holds the servings stated when measured by weight. Store in a cool, dry place. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
