7G BCAA XTEND 7G BCAA, Knockout Fruit Punch, 390 g (13.8 oz)

Quality marks and timing

The label carries an NSF Contents Certified mark and the Informed Choice logo. The brand suggests using it around workouts, and says it can be combined with other XTEND products every day, including rest days.

How to use

Mix one serving in 10-14 fl oz (about 300-415 ml) of water, adjusting to taste, and shake well. On training days take one serving during exercise and one after; on non-training days take two servings through the day. For best results the label suggests two servings a day.

Before you choose

Intended for healthy adults aged 18 and over. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, check with a qualified healthcare professional if you take medication or have a medical condition, and stop two weeks before surgery. Sold by weight, not volume, so powder settling may occur; the tub contains the stated servings when measured by weight. Store in a cool, dry place and do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
