7G BCAA XTEND 7G BCAA, Mango Madness, 1.215 kg (2.68 lb)

A mix-and-shake training drink

XTEND is a flavoured powder you stir into water, designed for drinking around a workout. The brand describes it as zero sugar per serving and as containing electrolytes alongside the branched-chain amino acids, and it carries the NSF Contents Certified and Informed Choice marks.

Flavour, ingredients and tub size

Mango Madness is naturally and artificially flavoured. The other ingredients are malic acid, citric acid, natural and artificial flavours, sucralose, polydextrose, acesulfame potassium, beta-carotene and vegetable juice for colour. This is the large 1.215 kg tub, made in the USA using foreign and domestic ingredients.

How to use

Mix one serving into 10-14 fl oz of water, adjusting the amount to taste, and shake well. On training days, take one serving during exercise and one after. On non-training days, take two servings spread through the day.

Before you choose

Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision.
