This shampoo is designed to lift build-up left by conditioners, hair sprays and other styling products, leaving hair clean and manageable. Vanicream also says it helps remove flaking and helps control an oily scalp.

Beyond being fragrance-free, the formula is made without masking fragrance, dyes, lanolin, parabens, formaldehyde, formaldehyde releasers and other common preservatives. It is also sulfate-free, phosphate-free, protein-free, gluten-free and free from cocamidopropyl betaine.

The shampoo is pH balanced and suitable for all hair types, and the manufacturer states it is dermatologist tested. Vanicream recommends following it with its Free & Clear Hair Conditioner. The bottle holds 12 oz.

How to use

Wet your hair, work a small amount of shampoo into the scalp and through the lengths to form a lather, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with your usual hair care. Keep it out of the eyes.
