Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer GelSports Research Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer Gel Original 184 g (6.5 oz) Jar

A rub-on gel for training sessions

Sweet Sweat Original is spread over the specific areas you plan to work, such as arms, core or legs. The maker says the gel is activated by an elevated heart rate, and lists HIIT, circuits and Pilates among the sessions it suits.

A plant-oil based formula

The gel is based on plant oils, including coconut, jojoba, acai pulp, pomegranate seed and camelina oils, with aloe vera and vitamin E. It has a gel texture and contains fragrance.

Jar size

You receive one 6.5 oz jar of the Original formula, measuring approximately 3.75 x 3.75 x 3 inches.

How to use

Before exercise, apply a thin layer to the skin over all the areas you want to cover. The maker suggests it is suited mainly to cardio and interval exercise, and it can also be used in a dry or infrared sauna.

Before you choose

For external use only. Patch test first if you have sensitive skin, and stop use if irritation occurs. It contains fragrance, so check the ingredient list against any known allergies. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
