Organic MCT OilSports Research Organic MCT Oil, C8 + C10 + C12, 473 ml (16 fl oz)

Ways to use it

The oil can be stirred into coffee or a shake, and the bottle size of 16 fl oz suits regular use. It should be kept for cold or low-heat uses, because the label notes a low smoke point and advises against frying.

How to use

Adults should begin with one tablespoon (15 ml) daily, or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional. Once tolerance is reached, one tablespoon may be taken one to three times daily.

Before you choose

Excessive consumption may cause digestive discomfort. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not recommended for frying because of its relatively low smoke point (below 320 F / 160 C). The oil reacts with certain plastics, including foam cups, so use it only with utensils and containers made of metal, glass, ceramic or safe HDPE/PET plastic. Contains tree nuts (coconut). Keep out of reach of children and pets. Store at room temperature, protect from heat, freezing, humidity and light; refrigeration is not required. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision.
