Vitamin D-3 Liquid DropsSource Naturals Vitamin D-3 Liquid Drops, 118 ml (4 fl oz)

A liquid form of vitamin D-3

This is cholecalciferol, the form of vitamin D that the label says the body makes when skin is exposed to sunlight, supplied as a liquid instead of a tablet or capsule. The drops are carried in medium chain triglycerides with orange and lemon essential oils.

Drops taken in a drink

The suggested serving is 9 drops, which the label puts at roughly 0.17 ml, once a day in a drink. The label states that it contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, corn, soy or wheat, and no added sugar, starch, salt, preservatives or artificial colour, flavour or fragrance.

How to use

Take 9 drops (approximately 0.17 ml) once daily in a drink. Shake well before using.
