Gummy SweetsShameless Snacks Gummy Sweets OMG Peach, 50 g (1.8 oz) Bags, Pack of 6

Peach gummies sweetened without sugar

These peach-flavoured gummies get their sweetness from erythritol, isomalt and sucralose instead of sugar, and their flavour from natural peach flavouring. Shameless Snacks set them with pectin, with citric and malic acids for a fruity edge.

Where the carbohydrate comes from

Most of the 37 g of carbohydrate in each bag is fibre: polydextrose and soluble corn fibre lead the ingredient list and account for 26 g of fibre per bag. A further 8 g comes from the sugar alcohols erythritol and isomalt, which is how the maker arrives at its 3 g net carb figure. Total sugars are 3 g per bag, with no added sugars listed.

What comes in the pack

The pack holds six 50 g (1.8 oz) bags, and each bag is one serving. Each one contains 0 g of fat and protein and 120 mg of sodium. The gummies are set with pectin rather than gelatin and coloured with beta-carotene and purple carrot juice concentrate.

How to use

Open a bag and enjoy the peach gummies as a snack, following the serving directions printed on the label.

Before you choose

These are reduced-sugar sweets, not a meal or a source of nutrients. They contain a lot of fibre and sugar alcohols (polydextrose, soluble corn fibre, erythritol and isomalt), so check the ingredients if you are sensitive to these, and start with a smaller amount if you are not used to them. Store in a cool, dry place. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
