TrueFit Grass-Fed Protein Drink Mix RSP Nutrition TrueFit Grass-Fed Protein Drink Mix, Chocolate, 860 g (1.9 lb)

A whey shake with added fruit, vegetable and probiotic ingredients

TrueFit is RSP's chocolate drink mix, built on 25 g of whey protein concentrate from grass-fed cows, which the brand says are never treated with added antibiotics or hormones. The recipe also includes four whole-food ingredients made from leafy greens, fruits and superfoods.

Fibre, fat and probiotics per serving

Each serving lists 3 g of fat from whole-food sources, prebiotic fibre and 1 billion CFU of Bacillus coagulans probiotics. It is labelled soy free and flavoured with natural flavours, with reb A stevia as the sweetener.

Mixing and pack size

Stir or shake one serving into 8 to 16 oz of water. The tub holds 860 g (1.9 lb), and the powder is sold by weight, so settling is normal.

How to use

Mix with 240-480 ml (8-16 oz) of water, depending on how thick you like it. Start with 240 ml and add up to 240 ml more until you reach the consistency you prefer. It can also be mixed with dairy or non-dairy milk alternatives.
