How to use

Unspool about 18 inches and wrap most of it around your middle or index finger, leaving an inch or two to work with. Guide the floss gently between your teeth, moving it up and down and forming a C shape around each tooth to clean below the gumline. Repeat for each tooth, including the back of your last tooth, and dispose of the floss after use.
