Kaolin clay with soft exfoliating botanicals
The base of this mask is a fine, high-grade kaolin clay that draws out impurities as it sits on the skin, while dried cica and tea tree leaves give it a gentle exfoliating texture. Glycerin and panthenol are included so the clay does not leave skin feeling tight once rinsed. The result Rael is aiming for is softer, smoother-feeling skin.
Calming extracts in the blend
Jeju mugwort extract and papaya extract sit alongside succinic acid in the formula. Rael describes the mugwort as antioxidant-rich and calming for the look of blemishes, which makes this a sensible reset step for oily or congested-looking areas such as the T-zone.
A sheer layer with no added fragrance
Rather than a thick paste, the formula goes on as a sheer, lightweight layer. It is made without harsh chemicals or fragrances, and the brand states it is suitable even for sensitive skin types. The pack holds 100 ml.
How to use
Spread an even layer over clean, dry skin, avoiding the eyes and lips. Leave it on as directed on the pack, then rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat the skin dry.
