These PanOxyl PM patches are made from hydrocolloid, a dressing material that sits over a blemish to help keep it clean overnight. Covering the spot also makes it harder to pick at, which is part of what they are designed for.

Two sizes in one pack

The pack contains 40 clear patches split between 9 mm and 12 mm sizes, so you can match the patch to the spot. The manufacturer notes they are a little thicker than some other spot dots.

A simple formula

According to the manufacturer, the patches are free from latex, parabens, fragrance, sulfates and dyes. That keeps them a straightforward addition to a night-time routine after cleansing.

How to use

Place a patch on clean, dry skin and leave it on overnight. Peel it off slowly in the morning, then cleanse and dry the area.
