Green Pepper SauceTabasco Green Pepper Sauce 148 ml (5 oz)

A green pepper sauce made with jalapeno

Tabasco's Green Pepper Sauce is built on distilled vinegar and jalapeno peppers, thickened with cornstarch and xanthan gum, with ascorbic acid added to keep it fresh. Vinegar leads the ingredient list, followed by the peppers themselves.

Where to use it

The label suggests shaking it over Mexican food, into salads or into cocktails, and the listing also highlights it for chicken wings. A few dashes go a long way, so taste as you add.

A 5 oz table bottle

The 5 oz (148 ml) bottle is a convenient size to keep on the table. It is made in the USA, and the compact shape fits easily into a cupboard or condiment caddy.

How to use

Add to taste on Mexican food, salads or cocktails.

Before you choose

This is a hot pepper sauce, so it will not suit anyone who avoids spicy food. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
