How to use

Tear off a pre-cut strand (about 18 inches) and hold it tightly between your thumb and index fingers, about 1 inch from the stiffened end. Insert the stiffened end between the teeth and gently slide it under the archwire or between the teeth and gums to the gumline. Curve the floss around the tooth and move it up and down against the side of each tooth. Unwind the floss and repeat for the next tooth. Use the regular floss section to remove plaque under the gumline. Throw away the used section and unroll a new section for the next tooth.
